Grand Cove Nursing and Rehab Center has been providing long term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services to the Lake Charles area since 2000. We are a member of the Louisiana Nursing Home Association, the Chamber Southwest Louisiana, and the American Healthcare Association and Licensed by The Department of Health and Hospitals.
Philosophy of Service: We believe that the focus of nursing services is the patient. The patient has a right to privacy, dignity and equality and should have confidence and trust in the safety and thoroughness of his or her care.
Vision: Our goal is to provide friendly and personalized treatment, under the direction of the resident's personal physician, that not only meets the residents' needs for medical care, but also motivates them to enjoy a full spiritual, social, and recreational life.
